FAMU’s Diplomatic Duo INVESTING IN COMMUNITY

On behalf of my wife, Kindall Sunshine, baby Jordan and myself Calvin Hayes, we are pleased to introduce the HayesXChange House at Tallahassee. It is an 8- bedroom newly remodeled apartment building, which offers fully-furnished housing options for international and traditional students.

Kindall and I are committed to investing in HBCU communities, so we are grateful to own this complex located on the same exact street where we met on the campus of Florida A&M University as students.

The HayesXChange now encompasses an international education podcast, a passport initiative and a global housing community. Our first international HayesXChange residents joined us from France and Turkey this past fall.
